Career Planning

Career planning is a strategic proposition through which an individual becomes aware of personal career related attributes and the life long series of stages that contribute to one's career fulfillment. Career planning  is a process by which one selects career goals and the path to these goals.

Under graduation students must start exploring at least two different plans on a profound basis. The proposals should be made from the commencement of their first year. The career planning's major focus should be on achieving a better match between personal goals and the opportunities realistically available in the market.

Career planning is an effort to pinpoint and highlight those areas that offer psychological success instead of vertical growth. Career planning is not an event or end in itself, but a continuous process of developing human resources for achieving optimum results.

A person's hobbies could be converted to their passion and their passion to profession. Even if one gets into a stereotype job, one can upgrade its skills to switch their jobs of their choice and thereby be content.

While formulating this vital plan, one must seek guidance, support and suggestions from important people like teachers, mentors, role models and parents.

Finally, when one's career is successful, one must continue to adapt new talents to keep other channels open and thereby be abreast with the latest updates in the world.

Then the lab-originated virus struck the globe, which appeared as dark clouds to many while they lost path in their life. However, one’s determination must be exactly like the hawk in the sky who finds a prospect to fly above the dark clouds. An opportunist’s current situation is depicted aptly in this picture; they see the dark clouds as a chance to soar higher by taking complete ad

The controversial Plastic Card (Part 01)

A long cherished Dream

Graduation Day is the day that I had dreamt about. I personally never thought I would ever graduate, but here I am. Every single one of us worked so hard to get here. I never thought I would be up here on this day, but dreams do come true. As nervous as I was standing behind the podium, I was also joyful and proud to share my experience with you all. About five years ago in a boutique, I happened to meet my school teacher who is now currently the Principal of Sindhi High School, Hebbal branch – Mrs. Maitreyi Satyadev Ma’am. As we reminisced our good old days, she motivated and encouraged me to take up a graduate program in a field of my choice. I was relatively settled in my career then, with a permanent job in the World's Best Bank’ and 'Best Place to Work' - HSBC with a handsome package.  However, as days passed by, my teacher’s meeting that day had given me a lot of food for thought; that meeting was lingering me by giving me sleepless nights about whether I want to
